Kisumu real estate has continued to grow far much beyond several sectors within the city of Kisumu, Kisumu County. There are numerous factors that have led to this growth however. Other posh estates that are still under construction though, are like Milimani West along Busia road and Maseno Gardens, both of which are classy and trendy, and are generally well secured and accessible. The face lift done onto the already existing estates as well as the hospitals are giving Kisumu real estate more credit, thereby attracting many investors to put money in the County.
