Kakamega is
situated in the Kakamega County which is in the western part of the Country.
It's a formerly the headquarters of the now defunct Western province. The area
is primarily well known for its farming activities but recently, tourism has

These
activities are set to ensure the tourism sector in the region grow by a big
margin as it is set to provide the sector the much needed impetus to further
steer its growth. Thus the County is set to generate more income. With each of
these in the right position, Kakamega is about to become a major economic hub
in western Kenya and even in the entire Country as a whole.
Any keen

have built a dire need for major hotels to be constructed in the region geared
towards accommodating the increasing range of tourists in the region, which certainly
